Volker Buscher
Founder and CEO of ds30, Volker is experienced in developing and implementing data and digital strategies. He has worked as project director on innovative projects including the London Olympics and developed a global digital service business with revenues over £40m. His latest role was global Chief Data Officer. He is an experienced nonexecutive director, currently working with Icebreaker One, DataLeaders.net and the London Mayors Data for London advisory board.
Volker was one of 53 Arup Fellows (out of a global staff of 16,000). This accolade honours those who have significantly contributed to Arup’s excellence in innovation and design.
A keynote speaker who shares thought leadership regarding the disruptive impact of digital technologies in the built and natural world. Volker has led international foresight and research programmes with leading academic and industry partners.
